It has taken me almost 2 months to lose....4 pounds, yep 4 measley pounds. However, I will take downward movement any day and I only need 2 more pounds to get to my "official" pre-pregnancy weight.
I am still running, but very slowly. I am not doing much of anything else. I had great plans to join a gym and do some strength training classes, but it just hasn't happened yet.
